Welcome Back box office collections: John Abraham starrer becomes third biggest opener of 2015; rakes in RS31.40 cr by day 2

John Abraham starrer ‘Welcome Back’ box office collections  managed to earn Rs31.40 crore by day 2. It collected Rs. 14.35 cr on day 1 making the movie third biggest opener of 2015 after Salman Khans’s ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, which had raked in Rs 27.25 crore on the first day, and Akshay Kumar’s ‘Brothers’, which had minted Rs 15.2 crore on its release day. On day 2 ‘Welcome Back’ flocked Rs 17.05 crore at the box office making it stand strong at  Rs 31.40  crore.
Amees Bazmee’s sequel to Welcome ‘Welcome Back’ is basking in amazing responses from the audiences.

It has been predicted that ‘Welcome Back’ which do not have any other big films clashing at the box office could reach the Rs 50 crore mark at the domestic box office in its first weekend itself.
This comedy flick features an ensemble cast of Anil Kapoor, John Abraham, Nana Patekar, Paresh Rawal, Shruti Haasan, Naseeruddin Shah and Dimple Kapadia.
